faux painting walls

Martin Alan Hirsch worked closely with this law firm to help create finishes that would enhance the concept of a pre-1900's metal factory converted to a law firm.
The walls are finished in a two layer, four color aged and distressed Tuscan plaster. The railings are steel painted to resemble an aged patina.

This project won first place in the American Bar Association Office Design Competition for Adaptive Re-Use.

Here..one can see the faux patina finish that helped showcase the imported wood used on the staircase.
